It needs a thermostat, and has a coolant leak.

Oh no! I just bought one of these, how many hours do you have on it?

It’s up there. It’s 8 years old, and used all seasons.

It is a fantastic machine, blows snow, spreads gravel and moves all my spare V8's around! Hopefully your coolant leak is outward as opposed to the milkshake kind.

something something shoulda bought a something... blue oval... (they’re all made in Japan anyway, and most of them are either Shibaura, Yanmar or Mitsubishi inside... the Ford/New Hollands are Shibaura, google indicates the Massey’s are Iseki...)

The MF is a perfect size for our property. Anything larger be too much.

yeah, they are very capable for their size too. Iseki crams a 1.1L into that tiny little chassis, our Shibaura/Ford is only a 1.6L, though the extra 10-PTO HP do make an appreciable difference under heavy load... still a lot of power for the size crammed into those little things.

Ours does with 22.5hp, 18hp@PTO. Not a bad little 1.1L N/A diesel.

The Forums say if I can get my hands on an appropriately tiny turbo, the 1.6 in our Ford is good for a reliable 40+/-PTO-hp. They do start blowing rings if you go much above that though...
